Client Support
We work on the principle that our clients are responsible people and deserve reasonable help! So here are our principles of client support:
- Priority assistance after completion of a project is given free of charge, provided that the requested help:
- relates to our work on the said project
- does not amend the project in a way which would have been chargeable if requested earlier
- is sought after the project has been paid for in accordance with agreed arrangements
- is not necessitated by any action on the part of the client such as disclosure of passwords
- General assistance to ongoing clients will be given free of charge as far as possible provided that:
- support manpower is available
- the assistance sought lies within our areas of expertise
- help is at client's risk, since we cannot know all the factors involved in the client's situation
- the assistance can be given by telephone or e-mail
The reality is that we will often go beyond the call of duty to keep our clients happy. We look for a fair deal all round because, after all, we want you to come back to us in future.
