Project Management
We are well placed to take a comprehensive approach to client needs because of our long-term experience in project management. This enables us to meet budgetary and timescale requirements reliably.
Just as important, our method also enables us to respond to changes in client requirements, and to unforseeable circumstances that arise from time to time.
For planning larger projects we draw out detailed analysis of the network of activities needed, sometimes referred to as 'critical path analysis'. In simpler cases a Gantt chart or written breakdown is sufficient. In any event we are happy to discuss conclusions reached with the client if required.
Planning needs to be put in a wider context, for which we employ a tailored PRINCE2 approach.
This process is the government-sponsored method used by most public sector bodies and increasingly in the private and voluntary sectors, particularly by those who operate within public sector supply chains or wish to be validated for such work.
