The site is written using compliant CSS so there should be no problem modifying the text size.
However, if you are using one of the older browsers then enlarging the text can cause the structure of the page to break up. This is because they are not enlarging the page, only the text. The best solution is to update your browser. Generally speaking, with modern browsers pressing control + and control - zoom in or out respectively, while control 0 restores the default size.
