Our producers operate to high standards of quality assurance, in both creative and technical areas, based around five main principles:

1 All projects are monitored by experienced designers. Not all projects are design led, but they all deserve to look and feel appropriate to their task.

2 All projects are appraised technically from the start, using pilot or "bare bones" modules where necessary

3 All projects are tested thoroughly at their conclusion. This includes testing for variations in playback platforms, browsers and peripherals. Where appropriate we will also develop a formal Beta test plan.

4 We aim to establish good communications with our clients so that they can evaluate development as the project progresses.

5 We keep in touch with clients after product completion to make any adjustments that may be desirable in the light of user feedback.
